Hey there!

I'm an enthusiastic, dog loving, candy obsessed, Wedding Celebrant located in
Vancouver, Washington.
I'm thrilled to be your partner in creating a wedding ceremony that's as unique as your love story. Whether your loved ones have 2 legs, 4 legs, no legs, or wings, I believe your wedding ceremony should celebrate all the members of your family.
As a storyteller, dream weaver, and champion of love, I specialize in crafting extraordinary and unforgettable ceremonies for couples who dare to be different. My goal? To create a celebration that feels authentically you and leaves your guests talking about it long after the day is done.
Sound like your kind of vibe??!

I'm Kiki and this is Sal!

a few random facts about me
I'm 4'10". Yes, I'm VERY short.
My crowning achievement I am most proud of are my two daughters.
My dog, Sal, is the canine love of my life.
I don't have any tattooes, but I AM working on it!!!
My favorite color is iridescent, but if you force me to pick a "real" color, I'd pick turquoise, fuchsia, lime green, and orange. Life is too short for just one favorite!
I lived in Germany for a year in high school and I speak German fairly fluently.

I do not drink alcohol and I've never - not once - ever done drugs. I'm not a prude I just happen to be a very rare unicorn.
I LOVE candy - I try not to but I just can’t help myself! Red Hots are my favorite and I also love black licorice. You just made a face, didn't you??! Ya either love it or ya hate it. I think it's a Nurture thing - if you grew up with it, then you love it, but if you were exposed late in life, then you can't stand it.
I appear to have a magnetic personality with strangers coming up to me and telling me the most bafflingly personal stories. I don't mind, it just surprises me every time. This counts for kids, too. Kids in parks will just come up and tell me the most random things.

background
I started out as an onsite wedding coordinator, then leveled up to wedding planner—always making sure every detail was just right. But then one wedding, a couple made the choice to have a friend officiate, and… well, a wedding crisis was only barely averted. That moment didn’t just spark an interest for me—it lit a fire in me. It set me on a path I never expected but was clearly meant to follow. Officiating wasn’t just another role—it was the one that lit me up.
Want to know more about how just one wedding changed my career trajectory and sparked a new vocation??! Head over to my blog for the whole cringey cautionary tale!!
So, I went all in. I dedicated myself to this vocation, diving headfirst into some serious continuing education—because being this awesome isn’t just a happy accident. I’ve invested countless hours (and a not-so-small fortune) into honing my craft, learning from top industry experts, and mastering the art of unforgettable ceremonies. This isn’t just a job to me—it’s a calling, and I bring expertise that most other officiants simply don’t.

Want to see just how far down the rabbit hole of officiating I've gone??

I love fun couples who aren't afraid to break the rules
Listen. I’m not for everyone.
And that’s ok.
Here’s a guide to help you decide if we might be a good fit:
You probably are NOT my ideal client if…..
You want a traditional wedding ceremony.
You want a religious ceremony. Not gonna happen with me.
You don't like to stand out.
You want a standard 15 minute ceremony, with no love story or personalizations.
If you want to walk down the aisle to some Pachelbel’s Canon or Mendelsohn, I’m probably not your girl.

You probably ARE my ideal client if…..
White wedding dresses give you hives.*
You plan on getting married at a super cool venue.
You want unusual music choices.
You want a ceremony that includes your dog - OMG PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE include your dog. I love dogs! Or a miniature horse. Hell, yes. Or a llama. Even a chicken. I love animals.
You're still reading this!!!
You really just want to celebrate your love in an unconventional manner that really personifies who you two are!

* I'm just kidding about the white wedding dress! I only put that in to be silly.
My point is that you are looking for the unusual and not the same old cookie cutter wedding.
